Whatever the occasion or assignment, the experience should feel effortless. Behind every seamless moment is meticulous planning, respectful discretion and uncompromising attention to detail.
Standard service hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central. Evening and weekend service requires advance agreement.
New requests are acknowledged within one business day. Timing and priority are agreed by scope.
Time is tracked in 15-minute increments. Membership hours do not roll over; scope additions need written approval.
No vendor commitments or purchases without written client authorization and advance funding or direct payment.
Retainers are prepaid. Projects under $500 are prepaid; projects of $500 or more require 50% upfront and the balance before final delivery.
Client information is treated confidentially; regulated services are handled by appropriate licensed or authorized providers.
For accepted requests requiring delivery in fewer than two business days.
Pre-approved evening or weekend support. Rush and after-hours premiums do not stack; the higher one applies.
Additional design revisions beyond two included rounds, subject to approval.
In-person support, travel time and reimbursable expenses confirmed before scheduling.
Merchandise, gifts, reservations, shipping and third-party services are client-funded without hidden markups.
Proposed initial 30-day term with monthly renewal; cancellation notice due 15 days before the next renewal.
Beyond the public collection is a more personal experience: private check-in, tailored preferences, concierge requests, and ongoing service updates.
Once your engagement is confirmed and onboarding is authorized, you’ll receive instructions to enter your private suite.
